摘　　要：罗华国系民国时期广东省钦县屯茂村人,出身书香门第,学业优异。因感清廷腐败,毅然弃文从武。民国肇建后,曾在广东省政府任职,后因日军南侵被疏散返故,领导村民抗日,以弱胜强,受到国民政府表彰。晚年兴办教育,与共产党保持联系,使家乡成为革命堡垒。终其一生,反清抗日,为国为民,捍御乡里,可谓波澜壮阔。Luo Huaguo was a villager of Tunmao village, Qin county, Guangdong province during the period of the Republic of China. He was born in a scholarly family and excelled in his studies. Feeling the corruption of Qing Dynasty, he resolutely abandoned literature and joined the army. After the founding of the Republic of China, he served in the Guangdong provincial government. Due to the Japanese invasion, he returned to his hometown. He led the villagers to resist Japan, defeated the strong Japanese with weak force and was commended by the National Government. In his later years, he set up education, kept in touch with the Communist Party of China, and made his hometown a revolutionary fortress. Throughout his life, he fought against the Qing government and the Japanese, served the country and the people, and defended the hometown, which made his life a really magnificent one.
