基于《伤寒杂病论》探讨张仲景面部色诊学术思想

摘　　要：色诊是中医诊断学的重要组成部分,是中医望诊中的特色诊法之一。早在《黄帝内经》中就提出了面部色诊之法,张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中将《黄帝内经》色诊之法与临床实践进行结合,形成了后世面部色诊体系的基础,突出了色诊的重要性。张仲景的面部色诊学术思想主要包括通过面部色诊可以明确诊断,并且能够辅助判断疾病的病势、预后,同时有助于同一类或同一致病因素的相似疾病的鉴别诊断和明确治则治法等,其中,在明确诊断方面还区分了五色的分色诊断和面部的分区诊断。张仲景强调要从中医的整体观念出发,重视面部色泽的动态变化以及出现部位的变化,在重视色诊的同时强调临床诊疗要四诊合参、整体审查。Color diagnosis is an important part of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is one of the characteristic diagnosis methods in the inspection of traditional Chinese medicine.The method of facial color diagnosis was put forward in Huangdi Neijing.ZHANG Zhong-jing combined the method of Huangdi Neijing color diagnosis with clinical practice in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,which formed the basis of facial color diagnosis system in later generations and highlighted the importance of color diagnosis.ZHANG Zhong-jing’s academic thought of facial color diagnosis mainly includes that it can make a clear diagnosis through facial color diagnosis,and can help to judge the disease situation and prognosis of the disease.At the same time,it is helpful to the differential diagnosis and clear treatment of similar diseases of the same kind or the same pathogenic factors,among which,in the aspect of clear diagnosis,it also distinguished the five-color diagnosis and the regional diagnosis of the face.ZHANG Zhong-jing stressed that it should proceed from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,pay attention to the dynamic changes of facial color and location,and emphasize that clinical diagnosis and treatment should be examined as a whole while paying attention to color diagnosis.
