摘  要:近年来,我国的防沙治沙工程取得了巨大的成就,在沙漠地区植柳已成为防沙治沙工程中的主要措施。为了提高沙漠地区的植柳效率,采用高效水冲法替代人工挖坑,设计了一款智能高效水冲式植柳机。该设备通过双齿条机构实现储苗箱的更换,通过电动推杆推动单根储苗管移动至植苗机构,可使移动式植苗机构完成植柳作业,完成种植后通过培土装置将柳苗根部用沙土覆盖,可实现植柳的挖坑、栽苗、培土、浇水全自动作业。实践证明,该植柳机可有效提高柳苗的成活率,工作智能高效,一次往复运动可以种植两棵柳苗,具有广阔的市场应用前景。In recent years, great achievements have been made in China’s desertification prevention and control projects. Willow planting in the desert area has become the main measure of desertification prevention and control projects. In order to improve the efficiency of willow planting in desert areas, a high-efficiency water-flushing method was used to replace manual digging, and an intelligent and high-efficiency water-flushing willow planting machine was designed. The equipment can realize the fully automatic operation of digging pits, planting seedlings, cultivating soil, and watering for willow planting. The replacement of the seedling storage box is realized through the double rack mechanism. Push a single seedling storage tube to move to the seedling planting mechanism through an electric push rod. The willow planting operation is completed through the mobile seedling planting mechanism. The roots of the willow seedlings are covered with sandy soil through the soil cultivation device. The practice has proved that the willow planting machine can effectively improve the survival rate of willow seedlings, work intelligently and efficiently, and can plant two willow seedlings in one reciprocating motion, which has a wide market application prospect.
