摘 要:汽车行业节能成为研发的热点,汽车轻量化已经成分一种必然发展趋势。本文从轻量化汽车桥壳的角度出发,研制开发460MPa级替代345MPa汽车桥壳用钢板,实现汽车桥壳的轻量化。460MPa级高强度汽车桥壳用钢通过Nb、V微合金化强化,在中厚板生产线采用控轧控冷工艺进行轧制,下线堆垛模拟回火工艺,成功开发了冲压深度达到260mm的高强汽车桥壳用钢,产品可实现与热连轧产品更具规格灵活性的供货,为桥壳制造成本进一步降低提供一种有效途径。Energy saving in the automotive industry has become a hot spot in research and development,and automobile lightweight has become an inevitable development trend.From the perspective of automobile lightweight axle housing,this paper develops 460Mpa steel plate to replace 345Mpa automobile axle housing,so as to realize the lightweight of automobile axle housing.460Mpa high-strength automobile axle housing steel is strengthened by Nb and V microalloying,rolled by controlled rolling and cooling process in the medium and heavy plate production line,and off-line stacking simulated tempering process.A high-strength automobile axle housing steel with a stamping depth of 260mm has been successfully developed.The product can be supplied with more specification flexibility than hot continuous rolling products,providing an effective way to further reduce the manufacturing cost of axle housing.
