摘　　要：三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的临床症状无特异性,多数患者在确诊时已是晚期,大多数已发生转移,预后差、生存率低,急需寻找新的早期诊断方法。外泌体是一类源于机体或细胞的直径为30~150 nm的生物纳米级囊泡结构,可携带多种蛋白质、RNA、脂质等分子,具有在细胞间传递信号等重要作用,是近年来研究的热点。目前,TNBC的治疗靶点及化疗预测靶点尚不明确,其分子基础的研究未能进一步突破。越来越多的研究表明,外泌体能够影响TNBC的生长、侵袭、转移、血管生成、化疗耐药等,也可以作为TNBC诊断、治疗、预后的潜在生物标志物。The clinical symptoms of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)are nonspecific.Most patients are in the advanced stage when they are diagnosed,and most of them have metastasis,poor prognosis and low survival rate.It is urgent to find new early diagnosis methods.Exosomes are a kind of biological nano-sized vesicle structure with a diameter of 30-150 nm,which originates from the body or cells.They can carry a variety of proteins,RNA,lipids and other molecules,and play important roles such as in signal transmission between cells,which are the focus of research in recent years.At present,the therapeutic target and chemotherapy prediction target of TNBC are still unclear,and the research on its molecular basis has not obtained further breakthroughs.More and more research has shown that exosomes can impact the growth,invasion,metastasis,angiogenesis and chemoresistance of TNBC,and can also be used as potential biomarkers for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of TNBC.
