摘　　要：随着屈光性白内障手术的普及,眼球生物参数的术前测量显得尤为重要。目前临床上常用的光学测量原理有部分相干干涉技术(PCI)、光学低相干反射技术(OLCR)以及光学相干断层扫描技术(SS-OCT)。采用不同原理的仪器在测量结果、检出率等方面的表现有所差异,本文主要就临床上使用广泛的光学生物测量仪在白内障手术中应用的研究进展进行综述。With the popularity of refractive cataract surgery,preoperative measurement of ocular biological parameters is particularly essential.At present,the commonly used optical measurement principles in clinic include partial coherence interferometry(PCI),optical low-coherence reflectometry(OLCR)and swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT).Instruments with different principles have different performance in measurement results and detection rates.The research progress of widely used clinical optical biometrics in cataract surgery is mainly reviewed in this paper.
