摘　　要：本文以市场上150~250m的独栋商务型办公楼作为预设,从办公楼的核心筒设计要点、核心筒交通组织方式来进行切入研究。通过核心要点的控制让办公楼的核心筒内布置得到改善,让办公楼的净高得到提高,让办公楼交通组织方式更合理化。This paper takes the independent commercial office buildings of 150 m-250 m height in the market as the preset,and conducts a research on the key points of the core wall design and the traffic organization method of the core wall of the office building.Through the control of the key points,the layout of the core wall of the office building can be improved,the clear height of the office building can be increased,and the traffic organization method of the office building can be more rationalized.
