摘　　要：体表肿块位置表浅,既可发生在皮肤、附属器等上皮组织,也可来源于脂肪、肌肉、血管等间叶组织及淋巴造血组织,组织来源复杂、种类繁多。大多数肿物为良性,恶性病变比较少见。皮肤及软组织的体表转移癌在临床诊疗中比较罕见,在体表转移癌中,肺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌及恶性黑色素瘤比较常见。体表转移癌由于位置表浅,容易出现治疗不当或误诊,亦与体表良性肿瘤混淆。活检是有效的诊疗手段,通过活检可以追查原发肿瘤。根据病史、临床表现、影像学检查,结合病理诊断包括免疫组化等综合因素查找原发肿瘤,其转移癌原发部位的确定对指导临床治疗有决定性作用。通过分享治疗体会,使临床工作引起高度重视,争取做到精准诊断及治疗。Body surface tumors can occur not only in epithelial tissues such as skin and appendages,but also in mesenchymal tissues such as fat,muscle and blood vessels,as well as lymphohematopoietic tissues.Their sources of tissues are complex and diverse.Most tumors are benign,and malignant lesions are rare.Skin and soft tissue surface metastases are relatively rare in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Among surface metastases,lung cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer and malignant melanoma are relatively common.Because of its superficial location,metastatic carcinoma on the body surface is prone to improper treatment or misdiagnosis,and is also easily confused with benign tumors on the body surface.Biopsy is an effective means of diagnosis and treatment,through which the primary tumor can be traced.According to the history,clinical manifestations and imaging examination,combined with pathological diagnosis,including immunohistochemical and other comprehensive factors,to find the primary tumor,the determination of the primary site of metastatic cancer plays a decisive role in guiding and clinical treatment.By sharing treatment experience,we may attach great importance to clinical work and strive to achieve accurate diagnosis and treatment.
