摘　　要：[目的]为贯彻落实《档案法》和《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》、《“十四五”推进国家政务信息化规划》等相关要求,推动办公自动化系统、业务系统与档案管理系统衔接。[方法]采用定量与定性分析的方法。[结果]研究整体上处于主题窄、体量小、起步迟、层次偏、主体散、机构杂、资助无、资源少、学科单、平台寡的状况。[结论]在医院档案“二元”并行的现状下,实现办公自动化系统、业务系统与档案管理系统衔接,关键是病案系统与档案管理系统的融合。In order to implement the〈Archives Law〉and the〈 "14th Five-Year" Nationwide Archival Undertaking Development Plan〉, 〈 "14th Five-year" to Promote the National Governmental Affairs Informatization Planning〉and other relevant requirements, promote the connection with office automation system, business system and archives management system. Quantitative and qualitative analysis were used. As a whole, the research was in the situation of narrow theme,small volume, late start, partial level, scattered main body, miscellaneous institutions, lack of funding, few resources, single discipline, few platforms. Under the current situation of "dual" parallel hospital archives, the key to realize the connection among office automation system, business system and archives management system is the integration of medical record system and archives management system.
