高校信息化管理的重要性及实施策略探讨

摘　　要：各行、各业都在不断促进信息化建设的发展,信息化建设使各行、各业都有广阔的发展前景,而高校也需用信息技术提高管理水平。随着各高校办学规模的扩张,尤其是在新冠疫情的影响下,在线教育和远程教育得到进一步发展,对网络及信息系统的依赖性越来越强。在这种形势下,高校信息化管理的建设愈显重要,而且难度也随之提高。如何加强高校信息化管理质量与提高管理效率是当前的重要问题。信息化建设可有效采用网络信息技术搭建数字化信息管理平台,提高高校科研、教务、教学、继续教育和房地产等管理项目的集成化管理的质量,为高校信息化、集成化和智能化的管理的进一步发展建设基础设施和搭建软件网络运行环境。All walks of life are promoting constantly the development of informatization construction, informatization construction makes all walks of life possess broad development prospects, and colleges and universities also need to use information technology to improve the management level. With the expansion of colleges and universities, especially under the influence of COVID-19, online education and distance education have been further developed, and people have become more and more dependent on the Internet and information systems. In this situation, the construction of university’s information management is more and more important, and the difficulty is also improved. How to strengthen the quality of university’s information management and improve the management efficiency is an important problem at present. Informatization construction can use effectively the network information technology to build digitalized information management platform, improve the university’s scientific research, educational administration, teaching, continuing education and real estate management quality of integrated management projects, for the university’s informatization, integration and intelligent management of the further development of infrastructure and build the software network operation environment.
