1例进行性肝脏肿大伴有胃肠糜烂患者的诊治体会

摘　　要：淀粉样变性是指各种原因引起的淀粉样物质沉积于组织器官,造成组织器官功能障碍,发病率较低,且预后极差,临床上常常误诊。现报道1例63岁男性患者,主要表现为腹胀及进行性肝脏肿大,通过实验学检查、影像学检查、胃肠镜活检、骨穿等手段,最终确诊为淀粉样变性。希望通过该报道,提高肝病医师对该病的认识及诊治,降低误诊或漏诊的概率。Amyloidosis refers to the deposition of amyloid substances in tissues and organs caused by various reasons,resulting in tissue and organ dysfunction.The incidence is low,and the prognosis is extremely poor.It is often misdiagnosed clinically.A 63-year-old male patient was reported.The main manifestations were abdominal distension and progressive liver enlargement.Through experimental examination,imaging examination,gastrointestinal endoscopic biopsy,and bone puncture,the final diagnosis was amyloidosis.It is hoped that through this report,doctors of liver diseases will improve their understanding,diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and reduce the chance of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.
