摘 要:2021年7月1日至8月31日,选取基层与全科培训人员共60人,分为接受常规心电教学方法培训的对照组(30人)和接受人工智能识图系统指导学习培训的试验组(30人),培训前和培训2个月后进行量化考核评价。对照组培训前后基础得分分别为(44.33±10.33)、(68.00±9.61)分;试验组分别为(43.33±9.94)、(76.00±11.92)分。培训前两组成绩比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.381,P=0.705),培训后试验组得分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.86,P=0.006)。与对照组相比,试验组在心房颤动/心房扑动、窦性心律不齐、房室传导阻滞判图方面正确率[100.00%(30人)比70.00%(21人),96.67%(29人)比73.33%(22人),86.67%(26人)比43.33%(13人)]更高(χ^(2)=10.59、6.40、12.38;P<0.05)。提示相比传统集中教学方法,人工智能心电识别系统在基层医疗培训中的效果显著。From July to August 2021,60 medical staff and general practice trainees in primary care institutions were randomly assigned in two groups with 30 in each group.The control group received conventional ECG training and the study group received ECG training with artificial intelligence image recognition system.The quantitative assessment was conducted before and 2 months after training.There was no significant difference in baseline scores between two groups(43.33±9.94 vs.44.33±10.33,P>0.005);while the scores of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after training(76.00±11.92 vs.68.00±9.61,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the correct rates of atrial fibrillation/atrial flutter,sinus arrhythmia and atrioventricular block in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(100.0%vs.70.0%,96.7%vs.73.3%,86.7%vs.43.3%;all P<0.05).It is suggested that the application of artificial intelligence ECG recognition system can significantly increase the teaching effect in primary medical training.
