摘　　要：财务工作与计算机、人工智能等信息技术结合已成为大势所趋。财务智能作为新型的企业财务管理模式,引发了传统财务工作的巨大变革。然而,目前仍有许多高校将本科生的培养目标局限于实现传统会计的职能,且对立德树人教育不够重视,急需进行会计人才培养改革。以财务智能为研究背景,分析了财务智能化对财务工作的影响,探讨了当前财务智能时代背景下会计本科人才培养面临的挑战,并提出相应对策。The combination of financial work with computer,artificial intelligence and other information technologies has become a general trend.As a new enterprise financial management mode,financial intelligence has triggered a great change in traditional financial work.However,at present,many colleges and universities still limit the training objectives of undergraduates to the realization of traditional accounting functions,and do not pay enough attention to the education of morality and cultivation,so it is urgent to carry out the training reform of accounting personnel,This paper analyzes on the impact of financial intelligence on financial work,probes into the challenges faced by the training of accounting undergraduate talents in the current financial intelligence era,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
