摘  要:我国是一个农业大国,盛产水稻、小麦、高粱、花生、大豆和玉米等。近几年,相关部门一直将农产品的质量安全作为发展中的重中之重,根据其生产、运输以及检测等情况采取有效的优化措施,结合标准规范提高农产品的可靠性。本文主要就农产品质量安全问题及提升方法展开讨论,旨在为相关研究提供参考。China is a big agricultural country,rich in rice,wheat,sorghum,peanut,soybean,corn,etc.In recent years,relevant departments have always regarded the quality and safety of agricultural products as the top priority in their development,taking effective optimization measures according to their production,transportation and testing conditions,and improving the reliability of agricultural products in combination with standards and specifications.This paper mainly discusses the quality and safety of agricultural products and the improvement methods,aiming to provide reference for related research.
