摘 要:目的:微生物检测技术在生活饮用水检验中的应用效果分析。方法:研究抽取180份生活饮用水(枯水期90份,丰水期90份),将枯水期与丰水期的饮用水标本分别进行滤膜法实验(即对照组)与多管发酵法(即观察组),根据其检查结果评估枯水期、丰水期的微生物检出情况。结果:两组枯水期、丰水期大肠菌群检出率、杂菌检出率无显著差异(P>0.05),与对照组相比,观察组枯水期、丰水期大肠埃希菌检出率、耐热大肠菌群检出率偏高(P<0.05)。结论:在对饮用水中的微生物进行检验的过程中,通常依据微生物指标,检测耐热大肠菌群、菌落总数、总大肠菌群等指标,全面检测饮用水的质量,并得出相应的报告。Objective:To analyze the application effect of microbial detection technology in drinking water inspection.Method:180 drinking water samples (90 in dry season and 90 in wet season) were selected,and the samples of drinking water in dry season and wet season were tested by filter membrane method (control group) and multi-tube fermentation method (observation group) respectively,and the microbial detection in dry season and wet season was evaluated according to the inspection results.Result:There was no significant difference in the detection rates of coliform and miscellaneous bacteria between the two groups in dry season and wet season (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the detection rates of Escherichia coli and thermotolerant coliform in the observation group were higher in dry season and wet season (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of testing microorganisms in drinking water,usually according to microbial indicators,indicators such as heat-resistant coliforms,total number of colonies,total coliforms,etc.are detected,and the quality of drinking water is comprehensively tested,and corresponding reports are obtained.
