摘  要:建立了豆制品中非法添加的12种碱性染料的超高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱(Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。豆制品用乙腈提取后,经HLB固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,在UPLC BEH C色谱柱上分离,电喷雾正离子(ESI+)扫描,多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。结果表明,12种碱性染料在各自浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R>0.998 6,检出限为0.1~0.5 μg/kg,加标回收率为74.6%~93.5%,精密度为4.9%~9.5%。该方法方便快捷、定性定量准确、检出限低,适合大批量豆制品样品中12种碱性染料的同时测定。A detection method with external method for the simultaneous determination of 12 basic dyes in bean products by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was established.Bean products are extracted with acetonitrile,purified by HLB solid-phase extraction column,separated on UPLC BEH Cchromatographic column with acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase,scanned by electrospray spray positive ion (ESI+),determined by multi reaction monitoring mode,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that 12 basic dyes exhibit good linearity in their respective concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998 6,and the detection limit was 0.1~0.5 μg/kg.The recoveries were 74.6%~93.5% and the precision was 4.9%~9.5%.This method is convenient,rapid,accurate in qualitative and quantitative analysis,and low in detection limit.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 12 basic dyes in large quantities of soybean products.
