摘　　要：考勤系统是企业人力资源管理的重要依据,传统的考勤系统不能保证准确性,也存在地域局限,不能满足一些跨区域集团公司的考勤要求。文章以单片机技术以及生物特征识别技术为基础,分析企业单片机智能化指纹考勤系统的设计思路,从硬件设备的选型和配置、软件系统的开发、程序实现流程等方面提出单片机指纹考勤系统的设计策略。The attendance system is an important basis for enterprise human resource management. The traditional attendance system can not guarantee accuracy, and also has regional limitations, which can not meet the attendance requirements of some cross regional group companies. Based on the technology of single chip microcomputer and biometric identification, this paper analyzes the design idea of the intelligent fingerprint attendance system of single chip microcomputer in enterprises, and puts forward the design strategy of the fingerprint attendance system of single chip microcomputer from the aspects of the selection and configuration of hardware equipment, the development of software system and the process of program implementation.
