摘 要:文章简要介绍了3D-TCP传感器的系统组成,给出了3D传感器的用法。在机器人视觉单元中融合此种传感器,进行技术融合的实例设计,开展硬件框架设计,进行激光器、滤光片等设备型号选择,以此发挥传感器功能,增强机器人设计效果。经3D传感器融合视觉机器人的实践可知,3D传感器可用于机器人视觉单元的开发,可对采集图片进行有效处理,融合云计算、灰度处理等技术,保证图片处理质量。This paper briefly introduces the system composition of 3D-TCP sensor and gives the usage of 3D sensor. This kind of sensor is integrated in the robot vision unit, the example design of technology integration is carried out, the hardware frame design is carried out, and the model selection of laser, filter and other equipment is carried out, so as to exert the sensor function and enhance the robot design effect. Through the practice of 3D sensor fusion vision robot, it can be seen that 3D sensor can be used for the development of robot vision unit, which can effectively process the collected images, and integrate cloud computing, gray-scale processing and other technologies to ensure the image processing quality.
