住培中消化系统疾病学思政的建设与实践

摘　　要：将思想政治教育与课程教育完美结合,并应用于住院医师规范化培训中,推动思想政治工作贯通人才培养体系,发挥立德树人的协同效应,是住院医师规范化培训中的工作之一。在住院医师规范化培训过程中,消化系统疾病学课程思政建设团队为了培养和塑造住院医师正确的世界观、价值观、人生观,形成住院医师的文化自觉和自信,将培训实现从知识传授到价值引领,并将社会主义核心价值观内化于心、外化于行,利用病例讨论、小讲课、查房等已有载体课堂,依托病房这个主渠道,以“正确认识健康生活、饮食方式,助力你的消化系统”为教学中心目标,聚焦本目标,遴选消化系统疾病学中的知识点,建设了一门完善的消化系统疾病学课程思政,使消化系统疾病学课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应。It is one of the tasks in the standardized training of residents to perfectly combine ideological and political education with curriculum education and apply it to the standardized training of residents,so as to promote the ideological and political work through the talent training system and give full play to the synergistic effect of establishing morality and cultivating people.In the process of standardized training for residents,in order to cultivate and shape the correct world outlook,values and outlook on life of residents,and to form residents’ cultural consciousness and self-confidence,the ideological and political construction team of digestive system diseases course will realize the training from knowledge transfer to value guidance,and internalize and externalize socialist core values into practice,making use of existing carrier classes such as case discussion,small lectures,ward rounds and so on.Relying on the ward as the main channel,taking “correctly understanding the healthy life and eating style,helping your digestive system” as the teaching center goal,focusing on this goal,selecting the knowledge points in digestive system diseases,a perfect digestive system disease course ideological and political course is built,which makes the digestive system disease course and ideological and political theory course go hand in hand,and form a synergistic effect.
