摘　　要：文章通过分析埃姆歇公园国际建筑展所处的历史背景和区域振兴诉求,从整体策划中整理出引入艺术作为手段进行区域社会、经济、生态方面提升的策划方案,进一步解读在策划指导下根据当地独特空间环境进行创作的公共艺术项目,总结出在策划和项目两个层面上,艺术在区域社会、经济、生态发展中所发挥的作用,由此初步得出应将区域振兴策略与多元形式的公共艺术有机结合,以发挥艺术对区域发展的积极作用的结论。By analyzing the historical background and regional revitalization demands of Emcher Park International Architecture Exhibition,this paper sorts out the planning scheme of introducing art as a means to improve regional society,economy and ecology,and further interprets the public art projects created according to the local unique space environment under the guidance of planning,This paper summarizes the role of art in regional social,economic and ecological development at the two levels of planning and project,and preliminarily comes to the conclusion that the regional revitalization strategy should be organically combined with diversified forms of public art in order to give full play to the positive role of art in regional development.
