摘 要:目的探讨BOPPPS教学模式在手术室低年资护士体位安置培训中的应用效果。方法选取笔者所在医院手术室90名低年资手术室护士为研究对象。将分院区的45名手术室护士设为对照组,将本院区的45名手术室护士设为实验组,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用BOPPPS教学模式培训,比较2组理论和操作考核成绩,手术体位安置时间,并采用问卷调查的方式了解低年资护士对教学模式的认可度。结果培训后,实验组理论和操作成绩均显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=10.910,P<0.001;χ^(2)=3.850,P<0.001),体位安置时间明显短于对照组(χ^(2)=5.159,P<0.001),且实验组对BOPPPS教学模式的认可度高。结论BOPPPS教学模式能有效的提高手术室低年资护士的理论及操作成绩,缩短手术体位安置时间,提高学员培训体验,有利于达到良好的教学培训效果。Objective To explore the effect of teaching based on the BOPPPS model in position placement training for operating room nurses.Methods Totally 90 junior operating room nurses were selected,and divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 45,according to campus.The control group was trained in the traditional method,while the experimental group was given teaching based on the BOPPPS model.Both groups were assessed their theoretical knowledge and operational performance,the duration of position placement,as well as the satisfaction to the training of the experimental group.Results After the intervention,the theoretical and operational performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=10.910,P<0.001;χ^(2)=3.850,P<0.001).Moreover,the duration of position placement of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.159,P<0.001).Meanwhile,nurses in the experimental group were significantly more satisfied with the training.Conclusion Teaching based on BOPPPS model can effectively improve the theoretical and operational performance of nurses in the operating room,shorten their time of postural placement,achieving good teaching and training effect.
