摘　　要：大盾构在低承载力的淤泥质地层掘进过程中,由于盾构头重脚轻,拼装管片过程中盾构机易发生栽头和下沉现象,导致成型隧道线形超限。重点对淤泥地层预加固处理及掘进控制进一步阐述,解决盾构栽头现象和管片上浮问题,以此为类似工程提供参考。In the process of large shield tunneling in muddy stratum with low bearing capacity, due to the light weight of the shield head, the shield machine is prone to topple and sink in the process of segment assembly,resulting in the overrun of the formed tunnel alignment. This paper focuses on the pre reinforcement treatment and tunneling control of muddy stratum, so as to solve the problems of shield heading and segment floating, so as to provide reference for similar projects.
