摘  要:合成并通过单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱表征了配合物[Cd_(2)(L)_(2)(NO_(3))_(2)](1)、[Fe(L)_(2)]NO_(3)·3CH_(3)OH(2)和配体硝酸盐(H_(2)L)NO_(3)(HL=喹啉-2-甲醛缩4-氟苯基氨基硫脲)。单晶衍射结果表明,双核配合物1中,每个Cd离子与一个N_(2)S供体L-、一个双齿配位的硝酸根和相邻缩氨基硫脲配体的μ2-桥联S原子配位,采取扭曲的八面体配位构型。配合物2中,Fe离子与来自2个三齿配体L-的4个N原子和2个S原子配位,同样采取扭曲的八面体配位构型。荧光光谱、紫外光谱以及粘度实验结果表明,配合物2与ct-DNA的结合模式为插入的结合方式,而配体HL和配合物1与ct-DNA以沟面结合的方式相互作用,且配合物2与ct-DNA的结合能力优于配体和配合物1。另外,细胞毒理实验结果表明3种化合物中配合物2具有最强的抑制HeLa肿瘤细胞增殖能力。Two complexes[Cd_(2)(L)_(2)(NO_(3))_(2)](1)and[Fe(L)_(2)]NO_(3)·3CH_(3)OH(2),as well as(H_(2)L)NO_(3)(HL=4-fluorophenyl-N-(quinolin-2-ylmethylene)thiosemicarbazide)have been synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analysis,and IR.The results show that1is a centrosymmetry binuclear complex,in which each central Cd(Ⅱ)ion is coordinated by one independent anionic ligand L-with a[N_(2)S]donor set,one bidentate nitrate anion,and anotherμ_(2)-bridged S atom from the adjacent thiosemicarbazone,thus providing a distorted octahedron geometry.The Fe(Ⅲ)ion in complex2displays the same coordination geometry as the Cd(Ⅱ)ion in1,while is surrounded by two tridentate L-ligands.The fluorescence spectra,the absorption spectra,and the viscosity measurements indicate that complex2could effectively bind with ct-DNA through intercalation mode,while HL and complex1might interact with ct-DNA by outside groove binding mode,and the binding affinity of complex2with ct-DNA was stronger than those of HL and complex1.In addition,the results of cytotoxicity experiments showed that complex2had the strongest ability to inhibit the proliferation of HeLa tumor cells among the three compounds.CCDC:2095715,(H_(2)L)NO_(3);2095723,1;2095725,2.
