摘  要:体能训练体系的构建是当前现代体育竞技模式的一次创新,这种大胆的创举也为世界体育竞技事业作出了一份贡献。随着当前竞技体育的发展,田径类项目对于速度和力量的要求不断提高,这也使得速度力量成为一项独立的内容,其自身的体系对于当前田径运动员有着极大的影响,有利于不断突破自己,取得更好的成绩。要想进一步提高运动员的体能水平,应该科学地认识速度与力量,并合理地开展相应的体能训练,这有利于提高运动员的综合能力和适应能力,以此促进其不断成长。该文围绕田径运动速度力量类项群体能训练相关内容展开论述,以供参考。The construction of physical training system is an innovation of modern sports competition mode,which also makes a contribution to the world sports competition cause.With the development of current competitive sports,the pursuit of speed and power in track and field events has been continuously improved,which also makes speed and power an independent content.Its own system has a great impact on current track and field athletes,which is conducive to their continuous breakthrough and better results.To further improve the athletes'physical fitness level,we should scientifically understand speed and strength,and reasonably carry out corresponding physical fitness training,which is conducive to improving their comprehensive ability and adaptability,so as to promote their continuous growth.This paper focuses on the related contents of group ability training of speed and strength items in track and field for reference.
