棒球运动在团队建设中实行情况的调查研究——以北京市为例

摘　　要：目的:通过对北京游骑兵棒球俱乐部国庆百人团建活动全体人员的调查,研究北京市棒球运动对团队建设的影响。方法:采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法。结论:棒球规则相比其他团建游戏要复杂,不能做到每位学员都能理解,培训时间较短,团建效果不明显;培训场地较少,设施不完善,安全保障不充分;棒球团建运动强度较大,对学员体能要求较高;培训师水平参差不齐;公司管理层对棒球团建作用的了解程度不足。建议:棒球团建应根据学员自身不同条件,设定不同的培养方案;适当简化棒球规则;完善场地设施,充分保障学员安全;加大棒球团建宣传力度,使更多人参与到棒球团建中。Objective:To study the influence of baseball on team building of Beijing Rangers Baseball Club through the investigation of all the members on the National Day 100 team building activity.Methods:Literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics were used.Compared with other league building games,baseball rules are more complex,which can not be understood by every student.The training time is short,and the League building effect is not obvious;There are few training sites,imperfect facilities and insufficient safety guarantee;Baseball team building has a high intensity of sports and requires high physical fitness of students;The level of trainers is uneven;The management of the company has insufficient understanding of the role of baseball team building.Baseball league construction should set up different training programs according to the students'own conditions;Simplify baseball rules properly;Improve the site facilities and fully ensure the safety of students;Increase the publicity of the baseball team building,and make many people participate in the baseball team building.
