摘　　要：柔道U10是青少年柔道训练的启蒙阶段,其中青少年时期是进行专项训练的黄金期,是学员正式进入柔道专业训练,明确从事柔道竞技运动专项训练决心和正确评估自我柔道发展潜能的重要时间节点。但目前我国柔道的整体发展趋势和竞技优势下降,过度关注技击技术和成绩,导致青少年柔道发展明显缺乏阶段性。因此,该文通过政策支持与资金投入,柔道教学手段,以及国外发展经验等多个方面,来探究改善柔道U10启蒙教学的发展策略。Judo U10 is the enlightenment stage of youth judo training.The early youth is the golden period for special training.It is an important time point for students to to formally enter professional judo training,clarify their determination to engage in judo competitive sports special training and correctly evaluate their judo development potential.However,the overall development trend and competitive advantage of judo in China are declining,and excessive attention is paid to skills and achievements,resulting in the obvious lack of phased development of youth judo.Therefore,this paper explores how to improve the development strategy of judo U10 enlightenment teaching through policy support and capital investment,judo teaching means,and foreign development experience.
