摘  要:以齐墩果酸为原料,经过取代、酰化、环加成和还原等反应,设计并合成了两种新型齐墩果酸-1,2,3-三氮唑衍生物,并通过HepG2细胞葡萄糖消耗实验测定其生物活性。目标化合物的化学结构均经过IR、NMR和MS确证。生物活性测试结果表明:目标化合物7与目标化合物8对HepG2细胞的葡萄糖消耗均有促进作用,其中,目标化合物7具有显著的促进作用,为解决高血糖问题提供了有价值的线索。Two novel oleanolic acid-1,2,3-triazole derivatives were designed and synthesized from oleanolic acid through substitution,acylation,cycloaddition and reduction.Their biological activities were determined by glucose consumption test of HepG2 cells.The chemical structures of the target compounds were confirmed by IR,NMR and MS.The results of biological activity test showed that both target compound 7 and target compound 8 promoted the glucose consumption of HepG2 cells,among which target compound 7 had a significant promoting effect,which provided a valuable clue to solve the problem of hyperglycemia.
