摘　　要：随着卷烟市场竞争的日益加剧,卷烟的销售模式逐步向按客户需求组织货源转变,卷烟的生产模式也从单品规、大批量生产向多品规、小批量生产的模式转变。因此,为满足“系统化设计、精细化加工、智能化控制、柔性化生产”的工艺设计要求,济南卷烟厂在“十三五”时期进行了烟丝储运系统的升级改造,按模块化、柔性化、数字化的设计原则,充分利用现有资源,控制项目整体投资,在联合工房内完成就地技改,采用烟丝箱带盖流转、双箱堆叠的方式,移动式翻箱机带盖翻箱的模式,使机器人配合视觉识别系统完成空烟丝箱的清扫,完成成品和半成品烟丝储存一体化设计,同时实现3D可视化的调度监控。结果表明:此次改造提高了整个系统的物流能力及组织生产的灵活性,避免了不同烟丝之间的串味,减轻了人工清扫烟丝箱的劳动强度,且有效解决了在储丝环节的生产瓶颈问题。With the increasing competition of the cigarette market,cigarette sales model gradually changes to organize the source of goods according to customers demand,cigarette production model has also changed from single product and mass production to multi-product and small batch production model.Therefore,in order to meet the process design requirements of systematic design,intelligent control and flexible production according to the design principles of modularization,flexibility and digitalization,Jinan Cigarette Factory upgraded the tobacco storage and transportation system during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,made full use of existing resources,controlled the overall investment of the project,completed the local technical reform in the joint building,used the way of tobacco box lid circulation and double box stacking,the mode of mobile flanging machine lid flanging,made the robot complete the cleaning of empty tobacco box with visual recognition,completed the integrated design of finished and semi-finished tobacco storage,and realized 3D visual scheduling monitoring at the same time.The results show that the transformation improves the logistics capacity of the whole system and the flexibility of organizing production,avoids the crosstalk between different tobacco,reduces the labor intensity of manual cleaning of tobacco boxes,and effectively solves the production bottleneck problem in the storage link.
