摘 要:随着物流业的迅速发展,物流人才成为了我国12种紧缺人才之一。物流专业是一门涉及管理、工程、经济等诸多领域的综合学科,而如何培养具有扎实理论基础并且有较强科技创新能力的物流人才成为了各高校亟待解决的问题。但是现如今高等教育在创新型物流人才培养模式上普遍存在科研与教学分离等诸多问题,所以急切需要各个高校采取改革体制机制、搭建跨学科的交叉研究平台以及建立科教融合的机制等措施,建立基于协同创新与科教融合的创新型物流人才培养模式,培养适应时代发展和国家需要的高层次物流创新型人才。With the rapid development of logistics industry,logistics talent has become one of the 12 kinds of talents in short supply in China.Logistics major is a comprehensive discipline involving management,engineering,economy and many other fields.How to train logistics talents with a solid theoretical foundation and strong scientific and technological innovation ability has become an urgent problem to be solved in colleges and universities.However,nowadays,there are many problems in the training mode of innovative logistics talents in higher education,so it is urgent for colleges and universities to adopt mearsures of reforming system and mechanism,setting up interdisciplinary cross-research platform and establishing the mechanism of integration of science and education,to build the innovative logistics talent training model based on the integration of science and education,and train high-level innovative logistics talents to meet the development of the times and the needs of the country.
