摘　　要：构建服务地方区域经济转型升级的人才培养为地方职业院校进行人才培养的目标。鄂尔多斯煤化工产业转型升级,成为全国示范区。鄂尔多斯职业学院煤炭深加工与利用专业就当地企业对煤炭深加工类技术技能人才的需求及当地煤化工产业主导主流技术的分析,形成了课程体系,创新实践了“四级技能提升”人才培养模式,探索了“校企深度合作、深度产教融合”的人才培养理念,通过“冠名班”的培养,推进产教协同育人,为地方产业转型升级需要的技术技能人才培养提供参考依据。Absrtact:Constructing talents training to serve local regional economic transformation and upgrading is the goal of talents training in local vocational colleges.Ordos coal chemical industry is transforming and upgrading to become a national demonstration area.The major of Coal Deep Processing and Utilization in Erdos Vocational College formed a course system based on the analysis of the demand of local enterprises for technical talents of coal deep processing and the dominant technology of local coal chemical industry,the practice of the“four-level skills upgrading”talent training model was innovatived,the“deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,deep integration of production and education”concept of talent training was explored,through the“name class”training,so as to promote the cooperation between production and education in educating people.It provided the reference basis for the training of technical talents needed by the local industry transformation and upgrading.
