两业融合背景下职业院校物流管理专业教学团队建设研究

摘　　要：物流业和制造业融合发展(“两业融合”)是贯彻落实新发展理念,推进物流业高质量发展的重要战略。在此背景下开展职业院校物流管理专业教学团队建设具有现实意义,但是目前教学团队在教师个人层面、团队层面和团队机制等方面仍存在问题。研究提议职业院校物流管理专业建设“两栖双创”教学团队,从提高团队成员的实践和创新能力,优化教学团队的成员结构和合作能力,完善团队建设机制和保障措施等方面提出了相关策略。The integrated development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry(abbreviated as“integration of two industries”)is an important strategy to implement the new development concept and promote the high-quality development of logistics industry.In this context,it is of practical significance to carry out the construction of teaching team of logistics management major in vocational colleges.However,there are still problems in the teaching team such as teacher,team mechanism and so on.This study proposes the construction of“amphibious and innovative”teaching team of logistics management major in vocational colleges,and puts forward relevant strategies from the aspects of improving the practice and innovation ability of team members,optimizing the member structure and cooperation ability of teaching team,and perfecting the team construction mechanism and guarantee measures.
