做好企业青年员工思想政治工作的语言艺术思考

摘　　要：深入做好新时代企业青年员工的思想政治工作,需要变革思想政治工作语言艺术。在分析当代企业青年员工群体语言特点、透析企业思想政治工作语言魅力的基础上,提出重构企业政工语言艺术的三个要点:坚持与时俱进,变革政工语言内容;克服权力偏好,拓展政工语言空间;增强人文关怀,提升政工语言魅力。Through doing a good job in the ideological and political work of young employees of enterprise in a new era and transforming its language arts of the ideological and political work and based on the analysis of the language traits and glamour of contemporary young employees, this paper puts forward three key points for the reconstruction of political work language arts of enterprises: insisting on advancing with the times, shifting the content of political work language;overcoming power preference and expanding the space of political work language;enhancing humanistic care, enhance the glamour of political work language.
