浅谈印包企业局域网终端涉密信息管理系统

摘　　要：随着互联网和信息化进程的迅速发展,人们在工作中越来越便利,同时涉密信息防泄露也变得越来越重要。有些组织机构将局域网内终端划分为“涉密型”和“非涉密型”,但由于某些工作人员“保密”观念不够健全,因此存在“涉密型”终端泄露涉密信息的风险。本文阐述了目前我国信息管理系统现状,对系统功能进行一定剖析,在此基础上对系统的数据、流程和功能进行了设计,为印包企业图文制作文件类涉密信息在局域网内终端的管控做出探索,可供他人借鉴。With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,people’s work is becoming more and more convenient,and the anti-disclosure of confidential information is becoming more and more important.Some organizations divide the terminals in the LAN into two types:“secretrelated”and“non-secret-related”.However,because some staff members’understanding of the concept of“confidentiality”is not complete,there is still a risk of leaking secret-related information in“secretrelated”terminals.This paper expounds the present situation of China’s information management system,analyzes the function of the system,and makes an innovative design on the data flow and function of the system.It has made a certain exploration for the related printing and packaging enterprises to manage and control the confidential information of graphic documents in all terminals in the LAN,which can be referred by peers.
