高校“三全育人”的时代特征、基本遵循与实现路径

摘　　要：“三全育人”是加强和改进高校思想政治工作的重要方法和基本原则,具有鲜明的时代特征。实现“三全育人”三个转向即全员育人从“单”转向“全”、全程育人从“分”转向“合”、全方位育人从“点”转向“体”是高校推进“三全育人”工作的基本遵循,高校要在此基础上强化思想政治领导体制、配齐建强工作队伍、一体化构建德智体美劳全面发展的教育体系,推进“三全育人”工作实践。"Sanquan" Education or Three-all Education, with distinctive age features, is a significant way and fundamental principle in the consolidation and improvement of ideological and political work in Colleges. Fulfillment of the three turns in Three-all Education is the fundamental principles in the advancement of Three-all Education in colleges, upon which universities should strengthen the ideological and political leadership system, build a powerful team with high efficiency and an integrated education system with all-round development of morality, intelligence,physical fitness, aesthetics and labor, aiming to promote Three-all Education.
