《黄帝内经》对周围神经病的认识及启发

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》对常见周围神经病的病名及病机相关认识较为广泛。当代医家以营卫理论为指导,运用黄芪桂枝五物汤、桂枝加芍药知母汤、续命汤等方剂治疗此类病证已取得较好疗效。文章指出“营卫失常”是周围神经病的病机总纲,以营卫理论为指导,应用“营卫-脏腑-经络-腠理”功能模型辨治周围神经病,提出“寻营卫失常之因、识营卫失常之变、查营卫失常之病理产物”的辨证思路,以祛除病因及病理产物、补脏腑之不足、畅经脉之气血、调腠理之开合为原则治疗周围神经疾病。Inner Canon of Huangdi has a wide understanding on the name and pathogenesis of common peripheral neuropathy;guided by the theory of Ying and Wei,contemporary physicians have achieved good results in the treatment of such diseases with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction,Guizhi Jiashao Zhimu decoction and Xuming decoction so on.It is pointed out that"disorder of Ying and Wei"is the general pathogenesis of peripheral neuropathy.Guided by the theory of Ying and Wei,the functional model of"Yingwei-viscera-meridian-Couli"is applied to treat peripheral neuropathy.The treatment thinking of"finding the causes of disorder of Ying and Wei,understanding the changes of disorder of Ying and Wei,and investigating the pathological products of disorder of Ying and Wei"is put forward.The principle of treating peripheral neuropathy is to eliminate the causes and pathological products,to supplement the deficiency of viscera,to smooth the Qi and blood of meridians,and to regulate the opening and closing of Couli.
