教育信息化进程中学生健康问题考察与研究

摘　　要：在教育信息化快速推进和学生群体电子产品高使用率的情形下,学生的健康问题越发突出。近20年的实证研究充分表明,电子产品的非限制性使用已经对我国学生群体的健康造成了不同程度的损害,并且过度使用电子产品还会对学生记忆机能等学习能力产生不利影响。这一问题的发生有其复杂的社会背景与动力机制,主要有:国家信息化建设力量的助推、教育信息化政策的驱动、国民生活水平的提高、电子产品对学生具有很强的吸引力、商业活动中逐利行为的驱使、学术意见的助力。在利用教育信息化带动教育现代化的同时,学生的健康应受到重视和维护。特别是在思想认识层面,人们应更加注重从工具取向的信息技术观转向并拓展为生命伦理安全至上和卫生健康兼顾的信息技术观。在推进教育信息化的过程中,学生健康管理与维护应注重从以下方面加以改进和完善:树立健康第一的教育理念,全面落实学生群体健康保护政策,加强保护学生健康的舆论导向和宣传工作,强化学校和教师维护学生健康的主体责任,强化家长维护子女健康的主体责任,强化学生自身的健康意识和电子产品使用素养,增强电子产品生产和销售部门的社会责任,加强学生健康素养的动态监测与评估。With the rapid development of education informatization and the high utilization rate of students electronic products,students health problems are becoming more and more prominent.Research in the past 20 years shows that the unlimited use of electronic products has caused varying degrees of damage to the health of students.In addition,the overuse of electronic products will have a negative impact on students memory function and other original learning abilities.The emergence of this problem has complicated social background and dynamic mechanism,mainly including:the boost of national informatization construction,the drive of educational informatization policy,the improvement of national living standards,the high attraction and satisfaction of electronic products to students needs,the drive of profit-seeking behavior in commercial activities,and the power of academic opinions.While using educational informatization to drive educational modernization,we should also pay attention to the health of students.Especially at the level of cognition and thought,we should pay more attention to the transformation and expansion from the tool-oriented neutral educational technology view to the oriented educational technology view with the priority of bioethics and safety and the consideration of health.In the process of promoting education informatization,student health management and maintenance should be improved from the following aspects:establish the educational concept of health first,comprehensively implement the health protection policy for student groups,strengthen public opinion guidance and publicity to protect students health,strengthen schools and teachers to manage and maintain the main responsibility of students health,strengthen the main responsibility of parents to manage and maintain children s health,strengthen students own health awareness and literacy in the use of electronic products,strengthen the social responsibility of electronic product production and operation departments,strengthen the dynamic monit
