摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下援助武汉(援汉)护士工作中的身心体验轨迹,为改善一线护士身心健康提供理论依据。方法采用描述性现象学方法,对COVID-19疫情期间援汉的16名护士进行面对面、一对一半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi七步法对资料进行分析并提取主题,在自我决定理论的视域下展开具体讨论。结果共析出3个主题。①援汉前期:恐惧与满腔热情并存,压力与使命感共生;②援汉中期:身体不适,身心磨合,社会支持增强信心;③援汉后期:反思总结,职业认同感提升。结论援汉护士经历恐惧、焦虑、不适到自信、反思、适应的身心变化,管理部门应注重一线护士身心健康,加强重大公共卫生事件相关的应急培训。Objective To investigate the mind-body experience trajectory of nurses assisting in Wuhan,China,during the COVID-19 outbreak,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the physical and mental health of frontline nurses.Methods The descriptive phenomenological method was used to conduct a face-to-face one-on-one semi-structured in-depth interviews with 16 frontline nurses assisting in Wuhan,and the Colaizzi’s seven-step method was used to analyze data and extract themes.Detailed discussions were performed in the perspective of self-determination theory.Results Three themes were extracted.①the early stage:the coexistence of fear and enthusiasm,as well as the coexistence of stress and sense of mission;②the middle stage:physical discomfort,body and mind adjustment,social support to enhance confidence;③the later stage:reflection and summary,improvement in professional identity.Conclusion The nurses assisting in Wuhan experience a series of physical and mental changes from fear,anxiety,and discomfort to self-confidence,reflection,and adaptation,and the management department should pay attention to the physical and mental health of frontline nurses and strengthen emergency training related to major public health events.
