摘 要:交往礼仪是乡村幼儿摆脱自我中心与适应社会的重要前提,对幼儿未来的生活和发展有深远影响。为帮助乡村幼儿掌握交往礼仪,采用行动研究范式,依托田野游戏对某幼儿园中班幼儿(30人)进行为期三个月的干预,结果发现:在方案实施后,该班幼儿在交往礼仪的语言、行为、态度三方面均具有积极的改善和提升。但活动方案的实施及目标达成等方面仍存在一些问题,因此,需要教师不断提升专业水平,合理渗透交往礼仪教育目的。Communication manner is an important prerequisite for rural children to get rid of self-centeredness and adapt to society,and has a profound impact on children's future life and development.In order to cultivate rural children to know well of communication manner,this study adopts the form of action research,and relies on pastoral game strategy to conduct intervention on a middle class in a kindergarten(30 children)for three months.The results show that:after the implementation of the plan,the children in this class have positive improvements in the language,behavior and attitude of communication manner.However,there are still some problems in the implementation of the activity plan and the achievement of goals.Therefore,teachers need to continuously improve their profession-al level and reasonably have communication manner education by osmosis.
