摘 要:为实现对颅脑硬膜血肿的快速检测与评估,本研究基于近红外光谱技术(Near Infra-Red Spectroscopy,NIRS)与蒙特卡罗算法建立适用于正问题的5层颅脑组织进行仿真,采用控制变量法以10组血肿厚度模型的出射光子数量为基础,定义源-检测器灵敏度(Source-Detector Sensitivity,SDS)变量参数,构造基于幂律衰减模型和指数律衰减模型的正向函数矩阵.对正问题获取的数据进行数学模型重构即逆问题的实现,以6组血肿厚度进行逆向理论计算,对比参照值,血肿厚度小于0.7 cm,两种函数模型平均绝对误差均小于3.6%;血肿厚度为0.75 cm,幂律衰减模型平均绝对误差比指数律衰减模型小于4.3%,误差小于6.3886%.结果显示该方法对准确判断是否含有血肿以及血肿厚度预测具有可行性,检测灵敏度与检测距离具有对数相关性,幂律衰减模型比指数律衰减模型预测平均值更接近参照值,构建效果更好.To realize the rapid detection and evaluation of dural hematoma,this study is based on the near infra-red spectroscopy(NIRS)and Monte Carlo algorithm to establish a simulation of 5 layers of brain tissue suitable for the positive problem.Source-detector sensitivity(SDS)parameters are defined to construct a forward function matrix based on the power-law attenuation model and the exponential model.These parameters are given by the number of transmitted photons from 10 groups of hematoma thickness models via the controlled variable method.The mathematical model reconstruction of the data obtained from the forward problem is the realization of the inverse problem.The 6 groups of hematoma thicknesses are used for reverse theoretical calculations.Compared with the reference value,the thickness of hematoma is less than 0.7 cm,and the average absolute error of the two function models is less than 3.6%.The thickness is equal to 0.75 cm,the average absolute error of the power-law attenuation model is less than 4.3%,and the error is 6.3886%less than the exponential law attenuation model.The results show that the method is feasible for accurately determining whether hematoma is contained and predicting the thickness of hematoma.The detection sensitivity and detection distance have a logarithmic correlation.The power-law attenuation model is closer to the reference value than the exponential law attenuation model,and the build effect is better.
