摘 要:运气信念是一种人格特质,深刻影响着人们的心理与行为。根据创新行为的“愿不愿”“敢不敢”“能不能”生成机制和运气的力量模型理论,构建运气信念、心理安全感、自我效能感和创新行为的研究模型。通过结构方程模型对328份员工数据进行分析,结果发现:相信运气和个人幸运分别对心理安全感、自我效能感和创新行为存在显著的正向影响;心理安全感、自我效能感对创新行为存在显著的正向影响;心理安全感和自我效能感在运气信念对创新行为的影响中起并列中介作用,运气信念通过提高员工心理安全感和自我效能感促进员工创新行为。Luck belief is a personality trait that profoundly influences people’s psychology and behavior.The research model of luck belief,psychological security,self-efficacy and innovation behavior was constructed based on the generation mechanism of“will or not”,“dare or not”and“can or not”of innovation behavior and the power model theory of luck.This paper analyzed 328 employee data using the structural equation model.The results showed that the two dimensions of luck belief(belief in luck and personal luck)respectively had a significant positive impact on psychological security,self-efficacy and innovation behavior;psychological security and self-efficacy had significant positive influence on innovation behavior;psychological security and self-efficacy played a parallel mediating role in the influence of luck belief on innovation behavior.
