“善治兴业”中的和谐管理:基于江西文演集团的案例研究

摘　　要：社会责任与经济效益协调发展的刚需要求国有企业重视并应用和谐管理理念。激发国有文艺院团的生机和活力,促进文艺院团的社会责任与经济效益协同共生是关键。研究以和谐管理理论为框架,选取正处于改革浪潮中的江西文演集团为案例,运用扎根方法探寻“善治兴业”的发展路径。研究发现,源于国有企业“政治担当”的转企改制,在社会责任与经济效益的“有机耦合”中可达成“双效合一”。和谐管理理论对国有企业“善治兴业”的实现有重要的中介作用。The harmonious development of social responsibility and economic benefit requires stateowned enterprises to attach importance to the application of the harmonious management.The key is to stimulate the vitality of state-owned art troupes and promote the symbiosis of their social responsibilities and economic benefits.This study takes harmonious management theory as the framework,selects Jiangxi Wenyan Group as the case,and adopts the grounded method to explore the development path of“Good Governanceand Revitalization of Industry”.It is found that the transformation of stateowned enterprises from“political responsibility”to“enterprise reform”can achieve“dual effect”in the organic coupling of social responsibility and economic benefit.The theory of harmonious management plays an important intermediary role in the realization of“Good Governanceand Revitalization of Industry”of state-owned enterprises.
