摘 要:采用汶川某石灰岩地区采集样品筛选碳酸酐酶矿化菌株,通过实验室模拟进行矿化作用试验研究,利用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪及X射线衍射仪对矿化产物进行分析。结果表明,分离筛选出的试验菌株为蜡样芽孢杆菌,最佳生长pH环境为7.0,碳酸酐酶最高酶活性为0.75 U/min,固定大气中二氧化碳产生的碳酸氢根质量浓度最高可达2303.51 mg/L,当接种比(体积分数)为0.29%,Ca^(2+)初始质量浓度为2303.84 mg/L时,试验菌株对Ca^(2+)矿化率可达48.04%;矿化产物为层状方解石。Carbonic anhydrase mineralization strains were screened by collecting samples from a limestone area in Wenchuan.Experimental studies on mineralization were conducted through laboratory simulations,and the mineralization products were analyzed by SEM,FTIR,XRD and other equipment.The results showed that the experimental strain of Bacillus cereus was isolated and screened,the best growth pH environment was 7.0,the highest enzyme activity of carbonic anhydrase was 0.75 U/min,and the highest concentration of bicarbonate produced by fixing atmospheric CO_(2) was up to 2303.51 mg/L.When the inoculum ratio(volume fraction)was 0.29%and the initial concentration of Ca^(2+) was 2303.84 mg/L,the mineralization rate of the experimental strains to Ca^(2+) could reach 48.04%,and the mineralization product was laminated calcite.
