摘 要:新疆某萤石矿CaF_(2)质量分数为34.25%,CaCO_(3)质量分数为50.16%,属高方解石含量萤石矿。采用杨梅栲胶作为方解石选择性抑制剂,皂化油酸作为捕收剂对该矿进行浮选试验。结果表明,采用“磨矿-一次粗选-两次扫选-七次精选-部分中矿集中处理部分中矿顺序返回”的选矿工艺流程,可获得高品质萤石精矿产品,产率为27.41%,CaF_(2)品位为98.40%,回收率为78.98%,有害组分SiO_(2)和CaCO_(3)质量分数分别为0.28%和0.64%。A fluorite ore in Xinjiang with the content of CaF_(2) and CaCO_(3) were 34.25%and 50.16%,respectively,which belonged to the high calcite content fluorite ore.The flotation experiment was carried out by using bayberry tannin as the selective depressant and saponified oleic acid as the collector.The results showed that the high-quality fluorite concentrate with the yield of 27.41%,CaF_(2) grade of 98.40%,recovery rate of 78.98%,the harmful components SiO_(2) and CaCO_(3) content of 0.28%and 0.64%could be obtained through the beneficiation process of“grinding-one time of roughing-two times of scavenging-seven times of selecting-part middlings centralized treatment and part middlings returned in sequence”.
