上颌后牙连续三单位缺失的种植修复调查研究

摘　　要：通过种植牙综合情况评分表及相关问卷调查,对上颌后牙三单位连续缺失患者的种植修复情况进行调查研究,分析种植支持冠桥修复上颌后牙三单位连续缺失患者的主观满意度及其影响因素。通过临床对比研究发现,上颌后牙连续三单位缺失选择两颗种植体连桥修复方案与选择三颗种植体单冠+连冠修复均可获得较高满意度,食物嵌塞影响患者的舒适度,导致牙龈炎症等,合理使用牙线及牙间隙刷可有效增加清洁效率;另外可考虑优先选择两颗种植体连桥修复方案,既可以减少费用又可以减少手术创伤。The implant restoration of patients with three unit continuous loss of maxillary posterior teeth were investigated through the comprehensive scoring method of implant teeth and related questionnaire survey,and the subjective satisfaction and its influencing factors of patients with three unit continuous loss of maxillary posterior teeth repaired with implant supported crown and bridge were analyzed in the paper. The results of clinical comparative study found that the higher satisfaction was achieved when two units implant bridge restoration or three units implant single crown and combined crown restoration were operated for the continuous loss of three units of maxillary posterior teeth;food impaction spoiled the comfort of patients and led to gingivitis. The use of dental floss and tooth space brush were suggested to keep the tooth clean and it was recommended to choose two units implant bridge restoration,which not only reduced medical expenses,but also abated the surgical trauma.
