摘　　要：农耕文明是中华文明的母体和基础,塑造了中华文化的鲜明特质,承载着华夏文明生生不息的基因密码。农为邦本,本固邦宁。实施乡村振兴战略,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的一项重大任务,没有农业农村现代化,就没有整个国家现代化。为学习贯彻习近平总书记关于“三农”工作的重要论述,编辑部策划了本期圆桌,邀请艺术学、社会学、经济学和法学等多领域专家,跨界探讨乡村建设,回溯历史,总结经验,提出对策,以期为全面推进乡村振兴汇聚智慧。Agricultural civilization is the foundation of the Chinese civilization, which has shaped the distinctive characteristics of the Chinese culture and embodies the genetic mystery of the continuation of Chinese civilization. Agriculture is the foundation of a state, and a solid foundation is a must for a state to pursue peace. Implementing the rural vitalization strategy is a major task for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Without agricultural and rural modernization, there would be no modernization of the whole country. In order to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the editorial office has arranged a round-table meeting, inviting experts in various fields of art, sociology, economics and law to discuss rural construction, summarize historical experience, and put forward countermeasures, with a view to gather wisdom for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.
