摘　　要：目的研究分析医院药事管理对促进临床合理用药的效果及对其药学知识掌握、不合理用药的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月枣庄市峄城区人民医院药剂师40名及开具的用药处方300张为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组用药处方150张、药剂师20名。对照组给予常规用药管理,研究组给予医院药事管理,对两组管理质量、药学知识掌握情况、不合理用药情况、不安全事件发生情况予以统计比较。结果研究组药品管理、基础操作、服务态度分值均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组药剂师药学知识总掌握率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不合理用药发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不安全事件发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院药事管理对促进临床合理用药有着十分积极的作用,不仅可以改善管理质量,提高药剂师对药学知识的掌握率,还可以减少不合理用药及不安全事件的发生。Objective To study and analyze the effect of hospital pharmacy management on promoting clinical rational drug use and its influence on mastery of pharmacy knowledge and irrational drug use.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,40 pharmacists and 300 prescriptions issued by Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City were selected as the study objects.According to the random drawing method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 150 prescriptions and 20 pharmacists in each group.The control group was given routine medication management,and the research group was given hospital pharmacy management.The management quality,pharmaceutical knowledge,unreasonable medication and unsafe events of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The scores of drug management,basic operation and service attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total mastering rate of pharmacists'pharmaceutical knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unsafe events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital pharmacy management plays a very positive role in promoting clinical rational drug use.It can not only improve the quality of management,but also improve the mastery rate of pharmacists on pharmacy knowledge.It can also reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use and unsafe events.
