摘　　要：目的探讨麻醉科工作流程优化管理用于快通道手术的效果。方法2020年1—12期间长沙市中医医院开展传统工作流程管理,在此间筛选麻醉科医师12名作为研究样本(传统组);2021年1—12月期间本院开展优化工作流程管理,在此间筛选麻醉科医师12名作为研究样本(优化组)。对两组管理后的情况进行分析,总结麻醉医师的测评成绩,评估麻醉医师的工作能力,并对麻醉医师参与手术患者的管理满意度进行统计。结果优化组管理后的测评成绩与传统组相比更高,工作能力与传统组相比更强,手术患者的管理满意度与传统组相比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化工作流程管理是一种效果较好的管理方式,当其应用在麻醉科后,可有效提升麻醉医师的专业素养,增强各项工作能力,提高手术患者的管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of optimal management of anesthesiology department workflow for fast-track surgery.Methods From January to December 2020,Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will carry out traditional workflow management,and 12 anesthesiologists were screened here as research samples(traditional group);from January to December 2021,the hospital carried out optimized workflow management,and were screened here 12 anesthesiologists were selected as the research sample(optimization group).The situation after management of the two groups was analyzed,the evaluation results of the anesthesiologists were summarized,the work ability of the anesthesiologists was evaluated,and the management satisfaction of the anesthesiologists participating in the operation was calculated.Results Compared with the traditional group,the test scores of the subjects in the optimization group after management were higher,and their work ability was stronger than that in the traditional group,the management satisfaction of surgical patients was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing workflow management is a good management method.When it is applied in the anesthesiology department,it can effectively improve the professional quality of the workers here.It can enhance the ability of various work,improve the management satisfaction of surgical patients.
