摘  要:目的探究基于微信辅助的分组讨论病案教学法对提高临床妇产科带教质量的效果。方法选取房县人民医院2020年4月—2021年3月接收的70名妇产科规培医师,随机分为两组,各35名。观察组采用微信辅助的分组讨论病案教学法,对照组采用常规带教。比较两组教学效果。结果干预后,观察组规培医师的各项考核成绩、各项专业技能评价、各项专业素养评分、三方面评价、培训满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床妇产科带教中采用基于微信辅助的分组讨论病案教学法,可有效提高规培医师的各项考核成绩与专业技能,培养良好的专业素养,增强培训满意度和三方面评价,科学有效。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat-assisted group discussion medical record teaching method on improving the teaching quality of clinical obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From April 2020 to March 2021,Fangxian People's Hospital received 70 obstetrics and gynecology training physicians and were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each.The observation group adopted WeChat-assisted group discussion medical record teaching method,and the control group adopted routine teaching.Compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the assessment results,professional skills evaluation,professional accomplishment scores,three-dimensional evaluation and training satisfaction of the training physicians in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of clinical obstetrics and gynecology,the medical record teaching method based on WeChat-assisted group discussion is adopted,which can effectively improve the assessment results and professional skills of the training physicians,and cultivate good professional quality,enhance training satisfaction and three-way evaluation,scientific and effective.
