摘 要:为使专业发展满足新工科的要求,契合应用型高校发展的定位,以软件工程专业为例,全面探讨软件工程专业应用型人才培养满足细分领域行业用人需求、支撑学校发展的重要意义。以国家、产业需要和学校发展定位为指引,基于软件工程专业近六年的改革,结合IT技术的发展,从专业方向的升级、课程建设、多元化培养三方面探讨了专业人才培养的改革路径,各项改革举措在专业建设发展过程中成效显著,提升了专业人才培养效果,促进了专业内涵建设,以期为应用型高校软件工程专业建设提供良好借鉴。In order to make the professional development meet the requirements of new engineering disciplines and fit the development orientation of application-oriented colleges and universities, taking software engineering as an example, we comprehensively discuss the important significance of training application-oriented talents in software engineering to meet the employment needs of the industry and support the development. Guided by the national, industrial needs and the development orientation, based on the reform of the software engineering specialty in the past six years and combined with the development of IT technology, this paper discusses the reform path of professional talent training from three aspects: the upgrading of professional direction, curriculum construction and diversified training. By taking various reform measures, remarkable results have been achieved in the process of professional construction and development, in order to provide a good reference for the construction of software engineering specialty in application-oriented colleges and universities.
