摘　　要：介绍按病种分值付费模式下的医保支付政策特点和对医院运营管理的影响,分析医院运营管理存在的问题,详细阐述基于国际数据管理协会数据管理知识体系构筑医院运营数据管理体系和标准的方法与路径,对未来发展提出展望。The paper introduces the characteristics of medical insurance payment policy under the mode of Diagnosis-Intervention Packet(DIP) and its influence on hospital operation and management,analyzes the problems existing in hospital operation and management,expounds the methods and paths of constructing the data management system and standards of hospital operations based on the data management knowledge system of Data Management Association(DAMA),and puts forward the prospect of future development.
